Having been a caregiver for over a year, I thought I was doing things right, but turns out most of the things were actually wrong – because we initially didn’t get the hands on training – which is one of the greatest things about North Bay CNA. The environment is also really great, and Betty is an amazing teacher. She’s been so much help. Overall, I’d recommend this course to anyone.
