Terms and Conditions
Thank you for choosing North Bay CNA for your Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Home Health Aide training. We are dedicated to providing exceptional education and training to individuals pursuing a career in healthcare. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before registering for our programs.
1. Agreement to Terms By registering for a CNA or Home Health Aide training program at North Bay CNA, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Registration and Payments
- All participants must complete the registration process and pay the required deposits for the chosen training program.
- During registration, you will be charged the deposit cost only.
- The balance of your class tuition balance will be due the on the first day of class ($1450 balance for CNA Classes and $400 balance for Home Health Aide classes). If payment arrangement are needed, you make request with owner prior to start of classes or during orientation.
- Please note, deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.
3. Program Changes
- After registration, a one-time class change (switching to a different class than the one for which you originally registered) is permitted.
- No additional changes are allowed once a class change has been made.
4. Tuition Refund Policy
- Tuition fees (excluding deposits) are eligible for a refund only if you provide a written notice of cancellation at least 7 days prior to the start date of the class.
- Approval is required for any tuition refund. Without approval, refunds will not be processed.
- Once the class has commenced, tuition fees are non-refundable.
5. Program Completion and Certification
- Participants are required to attend orientation day. We will have a CPR class and Live Scan Fingerprinting on that day.
- North Bay CNA Training Program will arrange for you to take the California State Competency Exam. The State of California will issue your certificate upon successful passing of the exam.
6. Conduct and Attendance
- Participants are expected to adhere to high standards of professionalism and conduct throughout the duration of the training, and are expected to adhere to our Uniform and Dress code.
- Regular attendance is crucial. Absences may impact your ability to complete the program and obtain certification.
7. Liability and Disclaimer
- North Bay CNA is not responsible for any personal injury or loss of property during the training program.
- The training provided is intended to prepare participants for certification as CNAs and Home Health Aides. Employment is not guaranteed upon completion of the program.
